1. Find out the size of the glass you need. If you don’t know, rough measurements of the wall or area where the mirror will be installed will do. 
2. Tell us what the product is, e.g. subtle antique patina, clear glass, painted glass, glass balustrades etc.
3. Don’t forget to add any finishes, for example, polished or bevelled edges. 
4. Add an image of where you would like to glass fitted – this helps us see your vision. We also appreciate any drawings, floor plans, or pictures you can provide. These visual aids allow us to grasp the layout, style, and context of the area.
5. Then simply send your requirements to us, for example “Please quote for clear glass 4mm thickness 1000mm x 1000mm with polished edges.” 

When you’re happy with the quote you receive, let us know your delivery address. Or if you’re collecting, just let us know when. For example, today or tomorrow.

The time frame for orders varies based on the product and any processes we may need to complete. Our team will provide you with an estimated timeline during the quoting process, and we strive to complete orders in a timely manner without compromising quality. 

The stock that is most likely to be ready to collect in 12 -24 hours is:

• Float glass
• Pattern/textured glass
• Tinted mirrors
• Antique mirrors
• Laminated glass
• 30-minute fire-rated glass 

Toughened glass is usually ready to be collected in 5 – 10 days.

Kitchen mirror splashbacks and glass kitchen splashbacks are usually 1-5 days depending on the paint choices, cut outs etc. 

Lead times will be advised at the time of placing the order for technical installation projects, such as, shower screens/enclosures, balustrades and feature walls.

Yes! Our standard delivery timeline is typically 7-10 working days from the date of placing your order. This timeframe encompasses the processing of your order, the production of your custom mirror, and the final delivery to your specified location.

Depending on your location and the size of your order, we utilise either our own dedicated vans and drivers or trusted courier services to deliver your mirrors. This allows us to efficiently transport your items while ensuring their safe arrival.

Please note that all deliveries are curb-side deliveries, meaning that our drivers will bring the mirrors to the nearest accessible point outside your property. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary means and assistance to safely transport the mirrors from the delivery vehicle to your desired location. Once the mirrors are offloaded from the delivery vehicle, our drivers cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred.

In the event that you are not available at home or on-site during the scheduled delivery, our drivers are instructed to find the safest possible place to leave the mirror. This ensures that your mirror is secure until you are able to retrieve it. However, please note that it is always best to be present or have a representative available to receive the delivery and inspect the mirrors upon arrival.
