Antique mirror glass, cut to size for your home or project

While this style of mirror gives off a naturally distressed complexion which seems as if it has seen many years, this is not true. Each mirror is factory new and made to measure. This way, you get the quality and sturdiness a new mirror brings so you won’t have to worry about cracks, chips or fragility.

We offer a range of eleven different distressed effects in stock and on display. These vary from the gently ‘foxed’ mirror, with a mild all-over speckling tarnish, to very heavily figured distressing.

The £1 coins indicate the scale of the pattern in the following images. We have an excellent display of antique mirrors and other mirrors and glass in our South London showroom and workshop. You are very welcome to visit our showroom (in South London, SE25) to see an extended range of samples, as well as our stocked whole sheets of antique mirror glass.

Our mirror is 6mm thick and can be supplied with a heavy foil backing for safety. For technical reasons, this mirror cannot be toughened.

Please note that the antique-effect on the mirror varies in intensity and detail across the sheets – no two layers are the same. This means that any samples should not be taken as fully representative of the antique effect on the whole of any sheets or pieces of the mirror supplied by us.

To get it right, we’ll need rough measurements and requirements for your job. That will include:

wall and space measurements
mirror glass type and any additions
drawings and pictures help us understand a space

How we calculate the price

Every glass product, fitting, survey and supply are different—and they each have different associated costs. We quote every job differently, and there is no rule of thumbs.

The best way to get an accurate quotation is to give us a call or email over your pictures, drawings or approximate sizes.

Delivery & installation

Before we give you our quote, we prefer to ask if the job is supply and fit or supply only.
